Testing is one of the most important stages of development of every Internet service. No software product is released without quality control of its work. The task of the tester includes the detection of technical bugs, as well as verification of the correct functioning of services.
Profession tester is new, but already very much in demand – according to hh.ru, each month there are about 3,400 vacancies. No development team can fully work without a testing department, because everyone wants to produce a quality product.

Who can become tester?

A tester is the only IT profession that does not require a technical background. A student of any department can become a tester – the basic skills for full-fledged work to assess the quality of a technological product can be obtained in just one semester. It’s much faster than mastering the programming profession, and in just a few months you’ll be able to work on interesting international projects.

Course program

  • Fundamentals of Software Testing. In the first semester you will get all necessary information about the testing profession: the importance of testing, basic approaches and methods, testing documentation, principles of test development and management, reporting, characteristics of business communication and basics of working with databases and web technologies.
  • Automated Testing. The second semester will be devoted to an in-depth study of automated testing and hands-on work.
