• topWhat hosting companies are good for Etano?

  The quick answer is: any host using the cPanel control panel and almost any host using the Plesk control panel.
  Stay away from yahoo hosting, network solutions, godaddy and 1and1.

• topCan I replace the copyright with my own?

  Yes, you can remove the copyright displayed in the pages and replace with it your own copyright information.
  However, you are not allowed to remove any copyright information from the source code which identifies the creator of the scripts.

• topIs the script code obfuscated or encrypted?

  If the package is not visibly marked as encoded on our site then it is not obfuscated, not encrypted and it will never be.
  We do have some packages that are encoded but they are clearly marked as such. For example a product named Community Script on our site is not encoded. A product named Community Script *Encoded is encoded.
  Usually, we offer the encoded packages free for evaluation purposes.

• topWhere can I see the Etano admin panel?

• topWill Etano work on my server?

  Your server has to meet the requirements for Etano. If you're not sure, you can ask your host or check out the discussion about hosting on our forum. Also see the other question about hosting.

• topIs a zipcode / postcode / country database included in Etano?

  Etano comes by default with a database containing all countries, zip codes for US, all states in US and most of the cities in US. In time we will offer more cities / post codes as separate downloads. It is not possible to include them in the default package because it would grow too large and not everyone needs every city in the world in their database.

• topWhat comes in the default Etano package?

  Have a look on the Etano features page. Everything listed on that page is included in the default package.
