Upgrading is usually painless because we release update packages (patches) which you can simply download and install as any other regular package. However, from time to time automatic upgrades are not possible and you must upgrade manually. You can get here all instructions needed to successfully upgrade your site. We can also do the upgrades for you if you can't or won't do it yourself.

A deep integration between Etano and phpBB3 is possible but not in the form of a ready made plugin. We can do this as a custom job for you: links to profile in the forum redirects to the site profile, links to messaging red…

The differences between version 1.12 and 1.13 are too big for an automatic patch to work. Basically all files are more or less changed so you will have to manually upgrade to 1.13 or pay us to upgrade your site. The advantage, in case you want us to upgrade your site, is that we can make sure no custom changes you might have done to your files will be overwritten. The time it takes us to do such an upgrade is 4 hours or more and it depends on the complexity and quantity of changes you have in yo…
